A Labour of love ..... This beautiful rocking chair has been restored to museum quality after sourcing paper rush material to renew the tired seat. The original craftsmen was interestingly left handed as seen in the twist of the rush strands. This has been a challenge for Alex here at Robinscroft Interiors to unwind the rush weaves and rewind to create the correct look and direction to the twine. What a result and a great accomplishment to work with a new material. Hoping that the customer will be happy too.
